Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Analytics Detectives (the "Service"), operated by Siavak Analytics SL ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Spain, and available at https://analyticsdetectives.com.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. By using the Service you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may update either document from time to time as described in Section 18, and your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Google OAuth
The Service uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. The Google Analytics read-only data permission is requested separately from the identity permission.

3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at privacy@analyticsdetectives.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Waitlist & Beta Access
Access to new sign-ups may be gated by a waitlist. By joining the waitlist you provide your name and email address and consent to receive the waitlist confirmation email, an approval email when your slot is granted, and a small number of post-approval onboarding reminders. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You may bypass the waitlist if an administrator has whitelisted your email or if the waitlist is currently below its configured capacity. We may run separate beta intake programmes for new features outside the main app; participation is voluntary, acceptance is at our discretion, and beta features are offered "as is" and may change or be removed without notice.
5. Service Description
Analytics Detectives is a SaaS platform that integrates with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to provide analytics quality monitoring, audit, and AI-assisted analysis features. The Service accesses your GA4 data in read-only mode through Google APIs.
6. Subscription Tiers and Usage Quota
6.1 Tiers
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers, each with different feature access levels and usage limits. Tier details and pricing are displayed on the Service.
6.2 Usage Quota
Your use of the Service is subject to fair-use limits. Each subscription tier includes a weekly usage allowance that resets at the start of each week. Quota is consumed by check runs, alerts, and certain AI features as described on the Service. When your weekly allowance is exhausted, the affected features are paused until it resets the following week. You may upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Top-up quota purchases are not currently available, and there is no overage billing.
6.3 Payments
All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms and conditions. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select.
6.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled in accordance with LemonSqueezy's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Contact us at privacy@analyticsdetectives.com for refund inquiries.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws, including data protection laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, or resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
- Systematically collect, compile, copy, or republish check definitions, methodology, thresholds, scoring logic, or other content of the Service, by any means — manual or automated. This does not limit your normal individual use of the Service or of your own results, which you remain free to view, export, and share as the Service allows.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service beyond its intended API usage, or spam public sign-up or lead-capture endpoints with fake or non-consenting email addresses.
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious feedback or crash reports, or abuse the AI assistant features for purposes unrelated to analytics.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Siavak Analytics SL and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
8.2 Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to your GA4 data and any content you provide through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
8.4 Competitive Use
You may not use the Service, or information you obtain from it, to build, train, develop, or assist in the development of a product or service that competes with, or is substantially similar to, the Service. This restricts how you may use the Service and what you take from it; it does not otherwise restrict your own business activities.
9. Google Data and OAuth
9.1 Google API Services Compliance
Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your Google user data is used solely to provide the Service and is not used for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
9.2 Scopes and Revocation
As described in Section 3.1, the Google Analytics data permission is requested separately from the identity permission. You may revoke either grant at any time through your Google Account Permissions. Upon revocation, all Google-derived data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.3 GA4 Data Processing
The Service accesses your GA4 data in read-only mode. When you use AI features that analyse your Google Analytics data, the relevant analytics output is sent to a third-party AI provider strictly to generate the analysis you requested. Your Google account profile data is not shared with any AI provider. No GA4 data is used for advertising or purposes unrelated to delivering the Service's analytics features.
10. AI-Generated Content
The Service includes AI assistant features powered by third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and Google). AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
11. Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including providers of authentication, AI, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and hosting. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. 13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIAVAK ANALYTICS SL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE NINETY (90) DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Siavak Analytics SL, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
16. Termination
16.1 By You
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, use the in-app Account → Delete Account flow, or contact us at privacy@analyticsdetectives.com.
16.2 By Us
For cause. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, use the Service unlawfully or abusively, or fail to pay amounts due. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
Free access. Access to the Service on a free plan is provided at our discretion. We may modify, limit, suspend, or withdraw free access at any time, for any reason, without notice and without liability to you.
Without cause, paid subscriptions. We may also terminate a paid subscription for any other reason, or discontinue the Service, by giving you reasonable notice. If we do so, we will refund the unused, prepaid portion of your then-current billing period on a pro-rata basis.
Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 13, 14, 15, and 17) will remain in effect.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Siavak Analytics SL regarding the Service.
